Responsible for customer satisfaction and satisfactory financial performance on all projects related to the development production and/or support phases of assigned projects. Manage scope cost/resources schedule subcontract management and performance management of various assigned programs.
 
Experience developing new products and implementing new equipment.
Provide monthly project updates, program status report - of current project with regard to contractual milestones and problem/high risk areas
- Provide input and direction to the program teams in areas of customer concerns potential changes in scope and risk assessment.
- Direct overall performance on the programs assuring that the Cost/Scope schedule of projects resources necessary to achieve this project goals are appropriately identified and communicated.
- Manage organization and leadership of teams in a matrix environment.
- Monitor overall performance during all phases of the programs and develops and implements corrective action and recovery plans as required.
- Manage the customer relationship maintaining customer satisfaction ensure that the project managed appropriately and contract changes are secured where appropriate.
- Lead the teams in identifying quantifying and mitigating risk.
 

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
-5-10 years in aerospace industry
-Training in PMI (Program Management Professional) certification desirable.
- Knowledge of contracts and federal laws
-Knowledge of aerospace industry and products
-Knowledge of corporate and project finance
–Strong  negotiation and leadership and problem solving skills
–Strong verbal and written organizational and planning skills
 
• EDUCATION: BS/BA preferred
