Job Description

Parma , OH , United States    Procure various components associated with new product launches, develop and manage the source selection in conjunction with the Commodity Management and Technology functions across multiple manufacturing divisions.    Negotiate set pricing and other business requirements with the supply base.  Work closely with Commodity Management to establish and implement supply base strategies.    Communicate effectively with suppliers as required in order to maintain aggressive schedules. The position may be filled at a higher or lower level depending upon the qualifications of the individual.     

Job Requirements:

Requirements: 
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a procurement role 
• Proven negotiation and persuasion skills 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task 
• PC skills with Microsoft Office  WMCS  MYBUY  and SAP
• Ability to work well under stress with frequent time deadlines 
• Project Management skills    •  EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management or Finance
