Lead and implement strategic initiatives for associate relations for a multi location manufacturing company. Facilitate the development analysis and implementation of a performance based culture through talent/performance management strategies for the growing business.
Manage a succession management talent sourcing and selection strategies and measurement performance planning and review assessments and management skill development.
Manage field human resources for this manufacturing group and provides strategic directions and tactical execution.
Coordinate the management of day-to-day employee relations issues including investigations conflict resolution and litigation/EEOC support for the field organization.
Must have 7-15 years of Human Resources Management experience out of a manufacturing environment with proven experience in leading change.
