The Director Human Resources Organizational Development will spearhead employee development on a global scope. Must be a Human Resource professional with experience in organizational development training and learning.
Experience with e-learning a helpful accomplishment. Development of various forms of learning programs on a global basis is mandatory.
Must have worked for a large company multinational organization preferred experience in learning and organizational development a must.
• EDUCATION: Bachelor in Human Resources, Masters preferred
