This Practice Management Executive will manage field activities that support and develop current bariatric and possibly thoracic surgical practices newly established practices and targeted competitive accounts within a specified geographic region.
Work with sales representatives and sales management to choose accounts consultative selling problem-solving and introduction of solutions for each account that will result in revenue growth.
Build clinical and administrative relationships with physician groups and surgery centers and deployment of marketing strategies tools and tactics within the assigned geography.
Requirements: • Minimum of 7 years experience with physician practice or healthcare delivery program management and development especially in the local and regional marketing of bariatric surgery area. • Experience should consist of increasing levels of responsibility with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with physicians senior healthcare executives insurer decision-makers. Additional experience with procedure/product adoption by employer groups is highly desired. • Experience in developing and implementing patient acquisition strategies and tactics • Experience in Healthcare Reimbursement and Contracting required. • Experience with Project Management Physician Relations Consultative Sales preferred. • Knowledge of various healthcare products i.e. PPO HMO • Ability to communicate effectively among all regional healthcare stakeholders including sales teams experience in direct sales is a plus • A proven ability to apply assets based on customer needs. • Ability to evaluate a business/practice thoroughly. • Ability to interpret vendor and/or managed care contracts. • Ability to create business tools and resources excellent organizational and prioritization skills - excellent interpersonal written and verbal skills. • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. • Willingness to travel through assigned territory 75% of the time some weekend travel required. • Ability to problem solve through negotiation
• EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree Registered Nursing Degree or higher- MBA or MPH preferred
