Job Description

Dallas , TX , United States    The Product Manager to manage assigned products and the financial performance the product market fit and viability cost analysis manufacturing requirements and improvements application and training tools product technical expert product website management process application knowledge and manage NPD VOC projects within the GDP process.      The goal of the Product Manager is to manage the product so that it is world class in mechanical aerodynamic market and financial performance.  The Product Manager may or may not have direct reports, Junior Application Engineers and Application Engineers will work under the PM’s supervision for training and/or general work assignments. Also may have staff to manage for a major NPD project. The Product Manager reports directly to the Global Marketing and Product Manager/Director. 

Job Requirements:

Required:
- 5 years experience in related field.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word  Excel Outlook PowerPoint  Access) strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks good oral and written communication skills strong internet research skills excellent spelling and grammar. 
- Must be detail oriented with ability to accurately proof own work excellent phone etiquette strong interpersonal skills customer service oriented ability to work with minimal or no supervision ability to maintain high level of confidentiality. 
- Develop and maintain Product performance and selection programs. Help prepare technical papers and presentations for technical association meetings.
- Must meet deadlines evaluate competition including pricing and installations keeping information current for AE’s and field sales.      •  EDUCATION: BS in Engineering (ME or ChE)or related 4 year degree.
Prefer: Additional degree in Marketing or Business.
