Will represent the business as a senior HR representative of the company, will interact closely with the Regional Managing Director and his senior management team.
Will travel across the region on a regular basis. Responsible for the HR Agenda of the Americas region, and HR support in 5 areas in the region and reporting into the HR Director for B2B Division, this is a senior HR role with considerable impact and visibility.
- A relevant business degree including a Human Resources specialization or equivalent qualification. - Proficiency in English is a must, working knowledge of Spanish a must and other languages a plus. - A minimum of 7 years experience in leading generalist HR Business Partner roles in a multinational company, with multi-site cross border responsibilities, and ideally with exposure to the relevant countries. - Strong business acumen and an inquiring and analytical mind - Very strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence all levels of management and effectively manage teams and communication processes within the organisation - Results orientated and able to manage change in a fast paced environment; ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines - Knowledge of Labour Law across different jurisdictions to include USA, Dominican Republic, Mexico and Costa Rica -Knowledge of the tourism sector and/or online activity is an advantage but not essential
