Responsible for promotional programs that will enable this group to meet and exceed their sales objectives for this line. Will manage direct reports within 6 to 12 months of hire. Work with the sales force outside vendors and ad agencies to successfully promote and move product to end-user customers.
Strong classical Project Manager skills experience successfully marketing products to hospital and/or private practice healthcare professionals will be considered.
Generate and executing both the strategic vision and the tactical programs for a cutting edge medical technology leader. Participate and lead as a key contributor to the Research and development planning and development process.
Proven marketing professional with classical product management experience someone with demonstrated progress in their marketing career and a record of excellence managing both upstream and downstream marketing functions and delivering results. A strategic MBA with working for one of the big six consulting firms will also be considered for this role.
REQUIREMENTS: 5 years experience in a medical device pharmaceutical or biotechnology product management role with proven experience in both upstream and downstream marketing. Must have delivered tangible results in a product development capacity by successfully launching and bringing new products to market.
A dynamic MBA with proven strategic big six consulting experience could also land this opportunity. Solid leadership potential as well as business maturity will be necessary to succeed in this role.
Experience supporting new launch initiatives as well as developing and executing marketing programs. If you do not have a medical technology product management background you will not be considered for this position.
• EDUCATION: A Bachelors Degree is required an MBA is preferred.
