Job Description

Bowling Green , OH , United States   The Contract Recruiter will handle multiple recruiting accounts. The role requires a best-practices approach to recruitment a client-focused orientation the ability to effectively manage a diverse client-base. This position is ideal for individuals who do not require a guarantee of hours or a regular schedule.   REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience reporting directly to a line management preferred.
• One year of sales entrepreneur or customer service experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all levels of management and staff.
• Demonstrated skills using multiple recruiting resources such as referrals direct sourcing strategies job boards agencies and networking groups.
• Prior experience using Applicant Tracking Systems preferred.
• Must be independent driven and self-motivated a team player and a have a high ethical standard.
• Aggressively recruit qualify and market candidates to by manager.
• Cultivate client and candidate relationships. Present suitable candidates for contract or hire in the timeframe requested by manager.
• Screen technical professionals for skill proficiency and suitability.
• Speak / meet with managers and present candidates.
• Coordinate and follow through on business details, finalize and start recruiting process   • EDUCATION: Bachelors degree.   • JOB DURATION: This job is fulltime.   • COMPENSATION RANGE: 0-100000/yr
