The QA team will delivers the expected marketing results to the customer. 1. Coordinate and drives all field-related activities related to the Metal Working Program with in the Market. 2. Drive profitable sales growth with a specially assigned portfolio of customers. 3. Drive profitable sales working in coordination with the Outside Sales Associates on selected target accounts which will be measured and reviewed on a quarterly basis. 4. Drive to close large Metal Working customer opportunities either by making end-user calls support calls with OSA or by recommending an alternative supplier solution for profitable sales growth and improvement with key target opportunities. 5. Support profitable sales and gross margin improvements as measured by the Market and MW Product Category. 6. Coordinate all Programs to align to the Company Market and Branch Programs. 7. Coordinate with the MW Product Team to ensure Market/Branch Programs are in alignment to the Company goals and initiatives. 8. Hold at least one MW Training session per quarter for Outside Sales Associates in product knowledge and selling skills improvement related to the MW Product Area. 9. Negotiate special pricing for customer special projects (providing SME-subject matter expertise-support to OSAs). 10. Support the Company Culture within all the undertakings of internal and external customer engagement to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of the Companys mission. 11. Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS: 1 Bachelors degree in Business or the equivalent work experience is required. 2. Minimum of five years industrial distribution experience is required. 3. The ability to demonstrate experience with the Metal Working Product Area is essential. 4. Expert knowledge of the industrial term and process in sales techniques is needed. 5. Expert knowledge of the Metal Working Product Areas (cutting tools Indexables etc.) 6. Excellent communication skills are required. 7. Ability to work with many different people. 8. Ability to work with cross-functional teams. 9. Strong leadership skills as a Market Resource. 10. Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software. 11. A valid drivers license and the ability to travel are required
