Responsible for all aspects of process design and manufacturing engineering and must possess manufacturing experience with electronics or electromechanical systems and equipment.
Will coordinate the manufacturing activities for production programs and routinely perform a variety of planning and control tasks in support of a manufacturing area.
Determine requirements for schedules developing schedules. Interfacing with key personnel initiate plan monitoring schedule and work in process. Identify and expedite critical path items communicate constraints to appropriate parties follow up on needed action.
Will determine critical paths set priorities controlling the direction and intensity of expediting activities. Develop the program manufacturing plans working in cooperation with support groups such as engineering quality assurance and program management. Identify problems and prevent production delays anticipate problems initiating corrective action and expediting solutions.
Requirements: Unshaken commitment to 6-Sigma principles and lean initiatives. Desire and drive to achieve advancement and improvement along with exceptional technical depth and expertise. 5 years minimum management level experience.
• EDUCATION: BS Degree in Engineering.
