Must have experience in construction and developing accurate cost models tracking current material and labor value engineering Coordinate transition of new projects between construction and property management staff. Monitor and provide monthly updates of cost, quality, safety and schedule of projects assigned. Submit drawings and procure civil, building permits for projects assigned. Work with all local utility companies to obtain design and coordinate installation time line relative to each project. Ensure quality control of all projects assigned. Assist in obtaining project bonds and exoneration at project completion.
Requirements: Experience in office and mixed use products. Assist in managing the construction process. Estimate all construction projects. Excellent computer and communication skills. EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree Construction Management
