Will manage the processing and delivery of food products and help the director determine 1.Whether particular functions are essential to the development process 2.The frequency with which it is performed 3.The time spent on the task 4.The consequences if the function is not performed at all, or is not performed properly.
The person will also plan, implement and manage the work processes and programs within the Food and Nutrition Services Department.
Will work with the Director ot the Food and Nutrition Services Team to develop the skills and techniques to gain implemented to deliver optimal outcomes.
Requirements: Bachelors degree is desirable. Two to Five years of experience in health care preferably in hospitals. Strong communication skills, verbal and written Demonstrated skills in human relations group dynamics change management leadership and quality improvement techniques.
Knowledge of management techniques methods theories and principles Previous experience in management or supervisory position is desirable.
Shift: Full time; Night Shift
• EDUCATION: Bachelors level degree in business or a related field would also consider education and health care degrees.
