Provide leadership and guidance for an assigned group of multiple retail locations. Provide direction to their assigned retail stores and the associates within the district.
The DM will hold stores accountable for the achievement of profit sales and productivity along with establishing action plans when goals are not met.
Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction good clean stores and a serious commitment to hiring training developing promoting and coaching associates within the district.
Requirements: At least 5 years of experience as in District Region Territory or Zone Manager. Must also have experience managing and coaching associates to success and have a proven track record for meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets. Most critical is excellent leadership skills.
