Manage major projects and overall execution of assigned projects in accordance with their scope schedule and budget requirements. Responsible for all aspects of the policies standards and procedures, manage execute and complete each assigned project within the budget and schedule approved by management.
Ensure that approved budgets support project requirements. Secure the resources necessary to manage and support assigned projects. Ensure that appropriate project controls are in place to effectively manage assigned projects. Continuously review the scope schedule cost safety and quality of assigned projects and help control and facilitate any changes to assigned projects as they progress.
Support review and approve project execution plans construction management plans and corresponding site procedures. Ensure that project safety and quality programs are developed and implemented and meet the performance expectations of the Client.
Requirements: BS degree in Engineering or equivalent experience PMP certification required 10 years experience in construction design construction or maintenance Experience in Project or Construction Management
Experience in managing new generation or major retrofit construction of fossil power generating plants. Manage lump sum EPC projects from an Owners or Contractors aspect. Excellent Communication skills Demonstrated leadership abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously strong contract management skills ability to understand and administer strong project control programs strong negotiations skill.
