Director of Sales to maximize revenue from all of the company’s products. We seek a unique individual with sales experience in related disciplines including software media distribution high availability online services and social networking. The qualified candidate must be able to lead encourage and champion company goals while working closely with senior management. 

• Optimize the sales channels for the premium software offering (Revenue Optimization)
• Work with product marketing and engineering teams to plan and execute tasteful effective promotions
• Develop international territory initiatives with locally optimized sales drives and prices informed by in-country contacts
• Engage and develop new worldwide affiliates that may help boost sales
• Track ongoing sales performance (quantitate analysis) and regularly report to the rest of the team with intelligent trend analysis and status updates Requirements
• 7+ years experience in online sales (downloadable software and media-related are pluses)
• Heavily goal-driven work ethic -- the company’s top line should reflect planning and performance
• International selling experience ideally in migrating a successful U.S. product abroad (preferably a web or software service- on a global scale)
• Knowledge of covered and related industries:
social networking online media/entertainment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
