The Tax Manager will be responsible for providing service to small companies and community banks throughout the area. • Provide training and development initiatives for all assigned staff members. • Provide client satisfaction and service. • Lead and develop Supervisors and Senior Accountants.
Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years as a manager in a public firm or in a private sector. • Licensed CPA for the State of Alabama or must be able to sit for the exam if not currently licensed. • Proficient PC skills strong analytical skills very resourceful and effective communication skills (written and verbal). • Must possess strong organizational and administrative skills. Self motivated and driven to execute • Must posses a history of commitment to the profession and should demonstrate the qualities necessary for a future officer of the Firm.
