Conduct best presentation coaching and development and lead management reviews backlog management support and performance evaluations. • Provide customer support issue resolution and general sales assistance. • Participate in recruiting and staffing decisions. • Review the Sales Manager video shops for coaching opportunities role playing and skills practice. • Conduct process and expectation training. • Provide event support(grand openings intents orientations seminars etc.). • Provide emergency site coverage. • Serve as an active member of the Team Management. • Additional vehicle allowance will be provided Requirements: • 3 years experience in new home sales lending or mortgage management. • Ability to speak or present before large groups. • Ability to conduct mortgage analysis. • Positive enthusiastic can-do attitude. • Effective multi-tasker and time manager.
