Work on employee relations coaching training and succession planning with a developing team of high performing leaders. Partner with other HR Centers of Excellence professionals who can offer expertise in the areas of compensation/benefits staffing legal and organizational development.
Develop strategic partnerships with local operating management and associates to promote operating efficiencies and change initiatives. Work as a partner to the businesses as well as with other HR professionals in other business units. Shared Services this position is a liaison with the business unit to embed common company HR values and business practices. Accountable for driving business objectives through human resources practices.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential, postgraduate education or professional certification is desirable. Experience in supporting and driving lean manufacturing initiatives is also a plus. Only those applicants considered for an interview will be contacted directly.
