Performs pre-qualification assessment and analysis of financial condition and risk of finance request within framework of comanycredit culture and current economic and industry trends. Gather data from customers, internal and outside source; prepare spreadsheets and analyze financial information including financial statements and tax returns; obtains additional information and clarification of data.
Compile data from credit bureaus, conducts industry peer comparisons, and performs cash flow analysis and other such tasks and comparison. Obtain sufficient information and/or documentation from customers; solve problems relative to process and servicing of loans.
Check pledged assets, assists with on-going computerization of the loan review function, verify funds with mortgage company and contractors. Develop knowledge of financial industry, economy, market conditions, rate, vendors and competition.
Reinforce the application of superior customer service through his or her own example along with appropriate follow through with involved customers and employee. Update and corresponds with legal counsel and collectors on workouts, bankruptcy, and charge-offs to ensure all possible precautionary actions or measure are taken.
Assure compliance with all company policies procedure and process, and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rule and regulations; adhere to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) responsibilities that are specific to the position. Complete administrative tasks correctly and on time; supports the Bank’s goals and value; benefits the Bank through outside
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
