The Sales Manager will actively manage and report day to day sales activities in relation to overall goals. Provide detailed tracking and manage sales team to monthly sales objectives. Ensure that established sales processes procedures and up-sell opportunities are properly executed. Establish processes to maximize sales volume and growth.
Manage customer relationship with retailers to ensure that the customer is at all times satisfied with the products and/or services (including issue resolution and product effective/ineffectiveness) ensure strong working relationship with appropriate contacts as required and maintain/expand retail opportunities.
Represent company at local and regional trade shows for sales lead generation.
Approximately 30% travel with flexible in-office schedule. Perform other duties as assigned. Competitive salary and bonus program.
