Lead sales business development activities, direct, manage execution and perform consulting projects associated with environmental business projects. Responsibilities include: - Drive further sales development of clients through direct client contact staff mentoring and coaching. - Capture follow-on work expand service offerings and support value propositions. - Act as client advocate to provide client feedback to company on changing needs trends expectations and satisfaction and keeping clients informed of significant issues that might affect them. - Project management including financial management contract negotiation directing technical work and client and regulatory liaison. - Serve as technical resource for client and liaison with client and senior technical staff. Perform technical billable work in the areas of expertise at least 50-60% of the time. - Mentor project managers and technical staff.
