Ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing and more specifically out of the automotive sector. Will represent company at assigned customer accounts. perform activities that support maintaining current business and growth based on Company Management mid and long term strategy. Responsibilities also include coordination of sales activities and reporting as required by Sales Director.
1. Single point customer commercial contact and management. 2. Develop and execute customer strategies with the objective of long term growth and/or maintaining current business. 3. Customer communication/coordination/satisfaction for existing and new business. 4. Coordination of product pricing recommendations reviews and quotations to customer as well as all negotiation with customer relating to pricing issues. 5. Dynamic interaction with Engineering disciplines (Product Manufacturing Quality). 6. Travel as required. 10-20%. Visit customer once a month. 7. Initiate new program kickoff activities to ensure successful changes as necessary. 8. Participate in/coordinate commercial aspects of engineering changes as necessary. 9. Responsible for developing competitor profiles and maintaining overall competitor knowledge. 10. Five Year Business Plan input for customer base. 11. Participate in benchmarking/marketing activities.
Requirements: Demonstrated success in sales growth. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with excellent written and oral skills required. Experience in developing and making presentations. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to function as a part of a multicultural and cross-functional team.
EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree
