This position will handle major human resources initiatives as well as act as a business partner with a product team. Provide HR generalist leadership and support in the areas of HR project management organizational development employee relations compensation benefits administration; support first-line leaders and managers on employee relations and talent management issues.
At least 5 years of professional Human Resources experience
Expertise in compensation and/or training and organizational development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills flexible and resourceful problem-solving self-directed
Balance of strategic and technical service delivery
EDUCATION: Masters degree preferred
