Requirements: -Strong online and marketing background. -Team leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage others and to drive teams to deliver results -Strong ability to create and sell a compelling vision to senior management with an ability to leverage logic data and passion to influence others -Strong balance of customer vision and solid business judgment with an ability to uncover innovative compelling inspirational but pragmatic customer visions.
EDUCATION: -MBA or Masters degree is preferred.
