3-8 years of experience working for a management consulting firm mandatory (depending on level). Consulting experience in strategic business development distribution and marketing strategy or related experience. Top tier school a plus. Prior financial services background a plus but not necessary. Experience with segmentation strategies a strong plus but not necessary.
Leads strategy consulting engagements related to marketing sales and e-business issues for asset management organizations. Participates in consulting engagements as a subject matter expert and facilitator. Manages relationships at senior levels with multiple clients.
Conducts industry research on a wide variety of topics related to financial services marketing distribution and e-business. Writes short briefs and periodic reports that are problem solving in nature. Provides insight into new and emerging best practices and their potential business benefits. Problem solving skills and logical reasoning. Facility with emerging technologies and computer software.
Quantitative and statistical skills. Executive level (C-levels) relationship management. Proven track record of delivering professional services to top tier firms. Strong client retention skills. Exceptional oral and written communications skills including presentation skills.
EDUCATION: B.A. or B.S. degree with MBA required.
