Facilitate and execute the strategic and operational implementation of Organization Development initiatives for the company group including Talent and Performance Assessments, Feedback, Succession Planning etc.
Oversee the human resources department staff and handle employee complaints, benefits promotions and transfer and employee related questions that cannot be answered by other staff.
Manage all record keeping including to workman's compensation, health and medical insurance, and other state and government regulations is completed as required. Posting advertisements for new employees in newspapers, on the internet or in trade specific magazines. Initiate contact with employment services or executive recruiters for very specialized postings.
*Provide HR Leadership and expertise to Business Leaders Lead and facilitate change efforts organization restructuring and seek out ways to increase Organizational Effectiveness within the organization. * Work with Business Leaders to ensure there is a rigorous effective performance management process for employees across the business including production/metric reviews performance feedback and performance improvement plans. * Work with Business Leaders to develop high potential employees to secure a pipeline of future Directors/General Managers/Vice Presidents. * Develop Organizational Change Management Strategies and Plans for various projects. * Drive HR-related planning recruiting compensation planning leadership coaching compliance etc. * Supervise the handling of all aspects of employee relations policy administration and communications within The company group(s). * Ensure the effective delivery of HR Core processes including recruitment/selection performance management reward and recognition training career development communications and succession plan/organization development. * Conduct employee focus groups as needed to identify potential issues in the areas of selection leveraged communications management availability management predictability and recognition. Work with management to develop communicate and implement actions to mitigate future issues in the aforementioned areas.
Requirements: * Demonstrated skills and competencies in assessment problem solving practices/policies administration * 5+ years of progressive HR Experience (8 years preferred). * Demonstrated skills in delivering Core HR Processes such as Performance Management Succession Planning/Talent Management Compensation Planning and Recruiting for Medium to Large Organizations * Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management Industrial Relations or Industrial/Organizational Psychology. * Excellent interpersonal facilitation and team-building skills. * Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity * Masters Degree MandA Integration Experience Organization Change Management Experience SHRM Certification.
