Implement organizational change and performance improvement initiatives. Will need a proven track record of helping major organizations implement complex change programs that have delivered significant improvements in business results.
-Ten or more years of management consulting experience working with external clients. -Change management experience in projects that do not necessarily involve a technology component or some other capital investment but rather change management experience based on a business need i.e. helping people be more motivated and work more effectively to accomplish results.
-Significant experience in process improvement and operations improvement implementation.
- Strong implementation skills and also have specialist expertise in at least one of the following areas: - Leadership development and coaching for senior executives. - Organizational development. - Performance management. - Change management implementation. - Able to work in office, industrial settings including offshore.
