Directs and performs all aspects of product development product changes and product promotions including development procedures specifying components packaging and header design product positioning pricing catalog and sell sheet copy training aides and point of purchase merchandisers.
• Work closely with marketing sales distributors pricing and operations to ensure product offerings and achieve company revenue goals
• Adheres to and promotes company values by performing duties in a manner that is consistent with being a team leader and supports the continued growth of the company
• Manages and communicates sales information and product changes both internally and externally.
• Manages at least one Applications Engineer (possible)
• Represents the Sales and Marketing Department in Group Meetings.
• Develops implements maintains and grows the power-industry product line,  will be market growth international sales
• Perform competitive analysis by customer channel and recommend strategies to improve market position improve quality or reduce costs.
• Produce maintain and update annual forecast.
• Position requires the ability to meet deadlines so a flexible schedule is required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize their importance is required.
• Develop and maintain product database with product specifications artwork and catalog copy for dealer co-op advertising and catalogs programs.
• Directs the content of the catalogs.
• Negotiate OEM contracts.

Requirements:
• 5 years of Product Management experience
• Must be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong Communication Skills are a must to be able to move projects through cross-functional teams

• EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science

• JOB DURATION: Full time

• COMPENSATION RANGE: 75000-96000 /yr
