Manage an entire product portfolio including product strategy product development initiatives key vendor relationships sales curriculum development product training and financial management of their product categories. Lead the creation of marketing collateral advertising direct marketing campaigns sales training material clinical study design and forecasting.
Build key clinical thought leader and supplier relationships critical for success. Responsible for attaining revenue targets each year. Matrix management and teamwork skills needed to work with sales management manufacturing planning legal finance regulatory and operations
Requirements: Minimum of 4 years experience in a medical device pharmaceutical or biotechnology product management role with proven experience in both upstream and downstream marketing. Must have delivered tangible results in a product development capacity by successfully launching and bringing new products to market. Experience worked with the sales force outside vendors and ad agencies to successfully promote and move product to end-user customers.
A dynamic MBA with proven strategic big six consulting experience could also land this opportunity. Solid leadership potential as well as business maturity will be necessary to succeed in this role. Must have experience both supporting new launch initiatives as well as developing and executing marketing programs.
