Requirements: • Registered Architect with strong interpersonal and leadership skills that promote a positive influence within the personnel of Facilities Services. • Fosters and encourages personal growth and training in personnel of Facilities Services. • Experience in successful proposal preparation including scope development and budgeting. • Resume including successful projects demonstrating good project management skills including references for typical multi-disciplined construction and renovation projects. • Practices mentoring of junior level professional architects and engineers. • Has a good working knowledge of professional and associations and is an active member of appropriate associations. • A proven track record of successful marketing and presentation skills. • Have relationships with clients and other firms to utilize in business development. • Have relationships with his peer group in the industry that would attract potential employees and staff members. • Ability to travel to project sites and maneuver over rough and uneven terrain. • Good oral communication skills to interact with clients and staff successfully. • Good general written communication skills for preparing proposals reports and other engineering documents.
