Minimum of five years of relevant experience in such areas as purchasing materials management, cost analysis, blueprint reading (both metric and English) contract and price agreement negotiations total cost of ownership analysis the PPAP process and SAP skills will all be required.
The Buyer/Planner must have experience and/or knowledge of quality programs and the PPAP process would be required. Good computer skills are also necessary and a valid passport would be preferred as there will be both national and international travel associated with this position.
• EDUCATION: Bachelors degree and a CPM and/or CPIM certification would be preferred.
