Collaborate with engineering and champion the customer needs for product enhancements and issue resolution. Sales and Reseller post sales support
-Troubleshoot customer issues both over the phone and in person -Ability to prioritize customer needs and respond appropriately -Deliver and validate solutions to customer requests and issues -Product installation configuration and implementation at customer location(s) -Integration testing -Quality Assurance testing Requirements: Self-motivated with a proven track record in technical customer service and support Ability to present technical information to both technical / non-technical audience Strong analytical skills Minimum of 2 years customer service/support in networking specifically switching and routing operating systems.
