Define and lead company process and service delivery quality activities and ensuring that the organization delivers its services with the highest practical effectiveness. The Vice President Operations will report to the Senior Vice-President of Operations.

• Build and lead service teams and participates in the development and implementation of strategies and plans.
• Meet all operational and financial goals including growth of the business in accordance with the company’s overall goals and strategies.
• Lead the development and implementation of scalable customer support and operations processes and procedures that ensure that quality measures are exceeded and that delivery to customers consistently exceeds target service level commitments.
• Develop and implement processes that support the seamless addition of new customers so that new customers promptly receive top quality services without compromising service to existing customers.
• Continuously innovate new processes and approaches which will keep the company competitive nimble and pro-active.
• Act as an early warning system for the President on potential or developing problems with processes and execution.
• Ensure that quality is an integral part of all activities through appropriate procedures guidance training and oversight.
• Stay abreast of relevant business and technical trends.
• Function as a senior member of the executive team and participate in the development of strategies and plans.
• Develop and implement a sound operations strategy to support aggressive growth goals.
• Lead manage and direct day-to-day operations ensuring that adequate resources are in place and performance goals are met. Define and promulgate operational standards and processes to ensure the highest level of performance in all areas.
• Train motivate mentor and develop employees and coordinate the development of and maintenance of personal/career development and retention plans for each employee.
• Forecast business opportunities resource requirements and financial results and manage resources to meet these forecasts; communicate forecasts effectively both up and down.
• Oversee and manage cross functional teams to address all aspects of preparation and deployment for new markets including initial market assessment market entry planning product definition staffing and operational planning.
• Progressive leadership in a senior operational role within the real estate industry a must.

• EDUCATION: Bachelors degree is required and a Masters degree is preferred. 

• JOB DURATION: full time
