Work in a collaborative manner with the staff of all RRHS entities and with members of the Medical Staff. Determine if a function is essential consider the frequency with which it is performed the amount of time spent on it and the consequences if the function is not performed. Requirements:
Plan implement and manage the work processes and programs within the Food and Nutrition Services Department. Will serve as a resource for the Food and Nutrition Services Team leader development of skills and techniques to gain optimal outcomes.
Masters degree or a plan for advancement to Master’s level education is desirable. Five years of experience in health care preferably in hospitals.
Effective communicator verbal and written Demonstrated skills in human relations group dynamics change management leadership and quality improvement techniques.
Knowledge of management techniques methods theories and principles Previous experience in management or supervisory position is desirable.
• EDUCATION: Bachelors level education in health care or business, a Masters degree or work towards a Masters degree a plus.
• JOB DURATION: This job is full time and long term.
