Manage product portfolio which includes product strategy product development initiatives key vendor relationships sales curriculum development product training and financial management of their product categories.
Building key clinical thought leader and supplier relationships critical for success and will lead the creation of marketing collateral advertising direct marketing campaigns sales training material clinical study design and forecasting. Responsible for attaining revenue targets each year. Matrix management and teamwork skills needed to work with sales management, manufacturing planning legal finance regulatory and operations.
At least 2 years experience in a medical device pharmaceutical or biotechnology product management role with proven experience in both upstream and downstream marketing. Work with the sales force outside vendors and ad agencies to successfully promote and move product to end-user customers. Strong classical PM skills who has successfully marketed products to hospital and/or private practice healthcare professionals will be considered.
Solid leadership potential as well as business maturity will be necessary to succeed in this role. Experience both supporting new launch initiatives as well as developing and executing marketing programs. Good instincts good cross-functional team skills and good leadership potential will land you this job.
• EDUCATION: A Bachelors Degree is required an MBA is preferred.
