Prepares routine or recurring reports for management review or action. Arranges meetings travel arrangements maintains staff schedules orders office supplies distributes mail etc. Coordinate or support role for conferences professional meetings community events or office events. Duties are frequently non-routine including the preparation of reports correspondence presentations invoices memos online proofing and formatting.
• Collects compiles and analyzes moderately complex information and data. • Strong web related skills - emailing etc. • Strong Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn skills a plus • Will provide back-up support for other administrative staff. • Sets up binders forms spreadsheets and files. Maintains files prepares files records and documents for archiving. • May develop new or revised procedures or forms or recommend improvements. • Resolves most problems and questions Requirements: • Strong Multi-tasking abilities Microsoft Excel Outlook (specifically calendar tasks and email) PowerPoint and Word - intermediate to advanced experience. • Flexible and outgoing, travel setting skills customer service oriented fast and communicative. • Requires moderate to advanced secretarial administrative skills and may require some decisions based upon independent judgment. • Copy Editing experience required. • Data Entry and General Office experience required
