Provide leadership to the sales and marketing efforts which includes direct sales and marketing communications. Plan and develop communications to achieve and review objectives and policies of the sales and marketing areas and establishing responsibilities and procedures for achieve these objectives through effective management.
Responsible for establishing communicating and monitoring adherence to budgets. Will supervise the development and training of all sales associates and for evaluating the performance of those who are responsible to assist in meeting the sales objectives. Awareness of competitor products and services, and marketing strategies and successes. Will recommend and implement new marketing ideas.
• EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree Sales or Marketing
