Provide professional Highly Protected Risk (HPR) loss control services to this carrier’s clients Perform special projects as assigned by Loss Control Management, engages in self-development activities to maintain improve and develop professional and technical competence and capabilities. Ability to work as part of a team and interface with team members.

Coordinate and conduct loss control management evaluations physical surveys loss analysis and train, to assist clients to improve and maintain loss control activities. Conducts loss control management evaluations physical surveys and loss analysis to assist Underwriting, in their evaluation of risk. Provide loss control technical support to other departments such as underwriting, claim and coordination.

Ensure that service plans are maintained and completed respond, to customer requests and needs and support, underwriting, and claims at renewal and dur, the policy period. Performs loss control surveys of prospects and clients on request for underwriting, information and evaluation from a loss control viewpoint for desirability.

  1. Coordinate loss control service to select clients require, defined service standards.
  2. Prepare reports for clients Underwriting, and Branch concern, the loss control in effect include, accident analysis conditions noted recommendations for improvement and future needs.
  3. Assist in the development and presentation of programs and train, seminars for clients and other departments in the Company.
  4. Respond to special requests from Underwriting, Department and clients with prior approval from Loss Control Department Management.
  5. Develop and maintains Loss Control instructions for multi-location clients be, coordinated by Loss Control.
  6. Complete all work scheduled in regular service assignments or requests in a timely manner.
  7. Maintain membership and actively participates in professional organizations approved by Departmental standards guidelines. 
  8. Utilize PC programs (Accident Analysis Presentation Software etc.) in prepare, presentations for prospects and clients

Requirements:

  1. Five years of experience service, major accounts at multiple locations
  2. Possesses a specialty in HPR loss control.
  3. Good written and oral communication skills, experience making group presentations.
  4. Position may entail significant amounts of travel.


•  EDUCATION:  Bachelor’s Degree in Engineer, Science or equivalent job experience.
