The Administrative Director of Corporate Quality will provide strategic leadership and direction in Quality Performance Improvement and Outcomes Management.
Build and foster key relationships while developing and directing the implementation of PI strategies to support the organizations strategic plan and goals; Providing direct oversight for all quality activities within the healthcare system
Providerelated education and support: Reporting to the Board of Trustees Quality Committee in the areas of Patient Safety Quality Improvement Performance Improvement Patient Satisfaction Public Reporting of Quality Metrics and JCAHO. This position will interface with all levels of management and works directly with the Trustee Chair of the Board Quality Committee.
Requirements: 8+ years of progressive management experience with demonstrated leadership ability to build and foster strategic relationships and develop and implement strategies; Experience with compliance regulatory and working with accrediting bodies; CPHQ certification required; Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred;
