Work with all schedulers for design consultants construction management consultants contractors and program management team members and client staff to obtain the latest schedules in the appropriate program format for each phase (planning design bid/award construction start-up) and task (including ROW permits and environmental) and incorporate into monthly schedule. Support a multi year contract. Develop and maintain project plans (including scope schedule and budget) for various projects. • Develop manage update and monitor individual project schedules progress reports and integrated overall master program schedule in conjunction with project team members. • Develop manage and monitor and control program and project specific budgets cash flow projections and forecasts including analysis of performance using Earned-Value Management (EVM) techniques. • Establish and ensure schedule and cost control standards are implemented on all projects. • Interface and maintain liaison with project management stakeholders client contractor and other consultants on all project controls related activities. • Ensure your personal safety and that of fellow employees by following company health and safety guidelines and policies. Requirements: • 5-10 years of experience developing and maintaining project schedules for complex capital construction projects • Proficient in scheduling/project management software (version 4 and above) and Primavera Expedition/Contract Manager (version 9 and above) • Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word Access and other normal business applications
• EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Construction Management Business Administration Engineering or a related field
