Plan and monitor quality control issues in accordance with project specifications and client expectations.  Verifies project closeout documentation for conformance with project specifications. Plan reading and producing quantity take offs of plans and specifications may be required.  Work with project manager and superintendent to oversee the project schedule.

• Document Control Manages organizes and reviews all requests for information (RFI’s).
• Post RFI’s to As-built set and regularly coordinate with contractors and consultants to streamline the RFI process.
• Manage, organizes and review all submittals for compliance with standard construction documentation.
• Resolve coordination problems associated with approvals, generate submittal log and issues to contractors, organize and maintain current drawings and specification sets.
• Distribute documentation to subcontractors • Reviews returned submittals and verifies changes, review and evaluate sub contractors As-built drawings, research, track and resolve Non-Compliance Reports
• Utilize job specifications and contract drawings to establish a list of procurement items, ensure project documents are complete current and stored appropriately.
• Develop QAQC reports, maintains progress photograph files for each job, works with the safety director to implement Client’s safety plan.
• Organize and implement punch list process, manages subcontractors to complete punch list items. • Produce and edit of contracts producing project billing.
