Multi-store operations ability to run a retail store as well as oversee at least three to four others. Success in this position will lead to a district manager level position. Ensure stores meet and maintain an image that complies with the company standards on store appearance and customer service Communicate the procedures for merchandising programs to management staff.
Work with store management staff to create solutions for store financial improvement Ensure understanding/compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitor to ensure implementation and understanding Review and analyze store financial reports to identify areas of opportunity. Experience managing high volume units with a proven track record of developing and promoting employees as well as being someone who focuses on training and succession planning.
