Manager and direct the engineering department. Direct all phases of engineering activity to support customer programs proposal activity and Research and Development initiatives from inception to completion, strong directive, and management skills.
-Supervise all engineering department managers (up to four). - Identify and staff all resource needs in the department. - Work closely with VP of Engineering to develop a roadmap for product improvement and/or development and then execute the plan. - Participate on executive level strategy sessions to plan Division growth initiatives.
Requirements: - Requires a bachelors degree in engineering - 10 years of direct experience in the field. - A minimum of 5 years of engineering department executive level management experience is required.
