Manage all aspects of employee relations, salary and hourly recruiting, drive new safety programs and initiatives, talent development and training, workers compensation, policy administration, compensation, performance management and discipline, employee events and Affirmative Action and EEO.
Partner with plant management to develop employee capabilities and improve operations by facilitating the implementation of key HR initiatives.
Must have prior experience working in HR for a manufacturing plant. Must have solid Lean Manufacturing experience. 8-12 years of experience. Bachelors degree required. Advanced Degree preferred.
