Works under the direction of the HR manager to Recruit interview test hire, induct employees, establish and maintain employee personnel records.
- Help with workers and unemployment compensation occupational health and safety etc. - Help to resolve contention of unemployment compensation, may help represent plant with OFCCP audits. - Help to co-ordinates EEOC complaint defense. - Handle employee grievance procedure. - Supervises safety program and recommends corrective action. - Co-ordinates training programs for hourly and salaried personnel. - Represents company in local organizational, plans and directs charity drives. - Oversees workers compensation - reserves claims management and contested cases.
