The Global Marketing Manager will be in charge of new and next generation product management for the US and Globally.
Develop global new product portfolio by the management of the full Marketing mix on a strategic and tactical level. This is a leadership role in supporting the entire process of launching new products to the market. Work with personnel at all levels of the business to ensure the market need. • Assists in developing the global marketing strategy business plans financial analyses and forecasts. • Marketing lead for the global product commercialization process of new products and technologies. • Proven history of successful product launches. • Creates and effectively leads cross-functional product and launch teams. • Translates unmet market needs into profitable product solutions.
Requirements: Proven history of three plus product launches or market expansions. • Makes decisions based on a balance of data market knowledge and intuition. • Leads branding positioning and messaging of new products. Develops the look and feel of the brand campaign and translates it into the core marketing pieces ad layouts and launch manuals that are then utilized by the local markets. • Ensure clinical evidence adequately supports the new products. • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and key decision makers in identified market segments. • Travels domestically and globally to support all activities relating to the global product commercialization process. • Participate in all reasonable work activities as may be deemed suitable and assigned by managementQualifications: • 5-7 years prior marketing experience in the medical industry or healthcare environment. Global experience desired. • Experience in new product development and product launches, prior experience in product life cycle management with emphasis in down stream marketing a bonus. • Experience in Microsoft Office applications including Word Excel PowerPoint Project etc Other: • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams. • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills. • Problem solving skills. • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. • Ability to work effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive service-oriented attitude. • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment. • Proven history of successful product launches with minimum of three global product launches • MBA • Six Sigma training • Medical device marketing and / or wound healing sector • Medical sales experience
• EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Business Nursing or related field required. MBA preferred.
