The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to suspension or deletion of your User Content from Franklin Paterson Company and the other Franklin Paterson Sites and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access FPSelectJobs.com and all other Franklin Paterson Sites and/or any other services provided to You by the Company, upon any breach by You of these Terms of Use or if the Company is unable to verify or authenticate any information You submit to Franklin Paterson Company or other Franklin Paterson Site registration.
Even after You are no longer a User of Franklin Paterson Company, certain provisions of these Terms of Use will remain in effect, including Sections 2, 6, 8 through 21, of the Terms of Use inclusive.
